Zero-Tolerance Drug & Alcohol Policy

Ultra Rideshare does not tolerate drug or alcohol use by drivers while providing transportation service.

If you suspect driver impairment

  1. Ask the driver to stop the ride immediately.
  2. Exit the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so.
  3. Call 911 to report the suspected impaired driver.
  4. File a zero-tolerance complaint using the safety action in your active ride or rider receipt, or contact Ultra below.

Filing a zero-tolerance complaint promptly suspends the driver from service pending investigation.
